I specialize in providing support to individuals dealing with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, or that overwhelming feeling of being "stuck". I assist individuals in navigating various life adjustments. I believe in the power of collaboration and partnership in therapy, working closely with each client to co-create meaningful and achievable goals that align with their values and aspirations. I am passionate about helping clients develop healthy habits and strategies that promote lasting change and support their well-being in the long term. I love working with clients who are navigating the challenges and opportunities of early to mid adulthood and are eager to explore who they are, what they want, and how to create fulfilling and authentic lives.
