Why I Decided to Become a Therapist

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel strong on the outside but uncertain on the inside. I’ve always had a passion for helping women rise above survival mode and step fully into the life they were created to lead. Therapy gives me the freedom to guide women toward alignment, clarity, and powerful transformation.

I love working with women who are ready to grow on purpose. The ones who are tired of repeating cycles, ready to be honest with themselves, and willing to do the deep but necessary work to shift their mindset, habits, and life direction. Whether you’re rebuilding, reinventing, or rising for the first time—I’m here for that.

I’m most excited when I see a woman reclaim her voice, her vision, and her values. When the lightbulb clicks and she realizes she’s not stuck—she just needed the right support and strategy. Those moments fuel everything I do.
